Machinery using sealing materials: This type of machinery requires the use of additional materials for sealing, such as edge sealing machines that use curled hooks between metal caps and container edges to achieve sealing. The main types include rolling sealing machines, edge sealing machines, pressure sealing machines, and rotary sealing machines.

3. For example, tape sealing machines use tape to bond packaging containers. The main types include ligature sealing machines, tape sealing machines, adhesive sealing machines, suture sealing machines, and nail sealing machines.


3、 Common sealing machinery

1. Hot press sealing machine: widely used for heat sealing of plastic bags, it can be divided into various types according to different heat sealing methods.

2. Roll edge sealing machine: mainly used for sealing metal cans and glass bottles, by curling and hooking the metal cap with the edge of the container through a roller to achieve sealing.

3. Rotary sealing machine: suitable for plastic and glass bottles, achieving sealing by rotating the bottle cap.

4. Rolling sealing: Rolling sealing machine refers to a machine that uses rollers to roll metal caps to deform and seal packaging containers. It involves fitting a thin metal cover shell that is easy to form onto the top of the bottleneck, operating the cover head, and using the roller inside the chuck to roll out threads on the cover.

5. Squeezing and sealing machine: Squeezing and sealing machine is a mechanical device that presses a bottle stopper with certain elasticity into the bottle mouth with mechanical force, and achieves sealing by compressing and deforming the surface between the stopper and the bottle mouth.
